Six promises. Plain English. No fine print.
You tell me what you want me to know. That's it. No logins, no connections, no read-only access to anything. If you'd rather I didn't know something, don't tell me — I'll still be useful.
What you tell me stays between us. It isn't shared with your bank, your employer, your partner, or anyone else. If you want your partner in the loop, that's your call to make, not mine.
While I'm new, a real person on our small team may read conversations so we can make me better. I'd rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. Nothing goes anywhere else.
Not to lenders, not to insurers, not to comparison sites, not to advertisers. I don't take commissions and I don't have referral partners. Nobody is paying me to point you anywhere — which is why I never will.
Sunday evening, once. Plus anything you've asked me to bring back at the right time. I won't send you streaks, badges, guilt trips, or notifications asking why you've been quiet.
Some weeks you'll read my message and reply. Some weeks you won't open it. Both are completely fine. I'm not keeping score, and I'll never make you feel behind.
Message me the word “delete” and everything I hold about you goes — your numbers, your notes, the lot. I'll check once that you really mean it (so a stray word can't wipe your stuff by accident), then it's done. No exit survey, no win-back campaign. And if you ever want to come back, you're welcome. We'll just start fresh.
