Goldie is a WhatsApp-based service that helps you organise your family's money: a weekly Sunday message, reminders you ask her to hold, and answers based on the numbers you give her. She works entirely from what you tell her.
Goldie provides general information only. She is not a financial adviser, doesn't consider your personal objectives, financial situation or needs, and never recommends financial products. Her arithmetic is based on the numbers you provide — if the numbers change, tell her, or the answers will be out of date. For advice about your specific circumstances, see a licensed adviser.
The Founding Families offer is $99 per year, locked at that price for as long as your subscription stays active. Within your first 30 days you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time and your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Use Goldie for your own household, keep your WhatsApp account secure, and give her honest ballpark numbers — she's only as useful as what you tell her.
We'll run Goldie with care, protect your information as described in our privacy policy and Goldie's six promises, and tell you plainly if anything important changes.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you've paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
